Hi all,
We have an apprentice who withdrew in 20/21, he now has a new employer and wants to restart.
I am aware we will use the restart indicator and not the original start date - funding was originally claimed through our allocation (ACT2), will it now need to be on the App Service (ACT1).
We have another similar scenario, but apprentice is restarting the apprenticeship with the same employer.

Yes, as it wasn't a Break in learning, you treat it mostly as new, and it will need to be ACT 1. Same whether the employer was the same one or different.
