The employer needs to change the stop date back to match the start date, then set up a whole new DAS record from scratch, identical to the original one. I'm not sure how that works with a reservation though! I'd contact the Apprenticeship Service for advice if they're non-levy.
It's ridiculous that the Apprentice Service don't have the power to undo an accidental stop when it's the employer requesting the change. I understand that they couldn't allow a provider to do that.

Employer ended apprentice in error on DAS
Created
I'm looking for some advice with a strange one.
An employer "accidently" ended an apprenticeship for one of their employees in error who still has around half of the planned duration to go.
They can't amend this error on DAS so what is the best step to take here without it effecting our success rates or do we just have to withdraw them and set things up from scratch (with adjustment for prior learning and negotiated price etc) and take the hit on our success rate?
TIA
