Yes, you should have had a triple month payment in June. Have you checked the R14 Apps Monthly Payment Report? They might appear in the R13 or R14 columns rather than June, depending on when you added the Actual End Date. If you didn't report the June Actual End Date in R14, you've lost those payments for good.
Martin is right, ignore what I said! I was sure I had examples of Standards that behaved this way, but clearly not.
Yes, balancing payments should have come in for the month in which you reported the achievement date. I've got an example very like yours. Planned end date in this year, actually completed in 20/21 (met minimum duration), only just achieved in November. We got one big payment with all the remaining on programme payments, plus the completion payment. Just in one column in the Apps Monthly payment report, and I have to unpick it myself to check the numbers add up.
EDIT: But your payments were in last year! How odd, it seems like there may be a mixed model.

Apprenticeship Balancing Payments
Created
Hello everyone,
Is there a situation where balancing payments wouldn't be made for an apprentice? I have an apprentice who finished their practical period in June 21, planned end date was August 21, so two monthly payments were not paid due to the early finish. They met the minimum duration too.
Fast forward 7 months and this apprentice has finally completed their EPA. The Indicative payment report has the achievement payment along with the 2 months balancing payments, but the Monthly Payment Report only has only paid the achievement payment.
Can anyone shed any ideas? When I looked at DAS the employer has recorded a July 21 planned end rather than the August we had in our ILR, would this cause an issue?
Many thanks for your time.
Neil.
