You can advise the employer to contact the EDS helpdesk on 01242 545 346 to verify their business' details directly. I've had similar issues previously and have been advised that in these kinds of situations it's perfectly fine for the employer to ring them rather than the other way round.

I'm currently on my 3rd request with the ESFA to obtain an ERN for one of our apprentices. As the employer runs a her own podiatry clinic she is back to back in appts and can't be disturbed. Therefore, she misses the calls from the ESFA. It is becoming impossible to resolved as the ESFA ring at random times.
How can I resolve this? Anyone else has this issue?
