Does there need to be a contract for EPAO with every employer we work with or is it at learner level? I can`t fully interpret what needs to be in the evidence pack - P378.4

The funding rules indicate employer,
The main Provider must have a contractual relationship on behalf of the employer for the end-point assessment conducted by an end-point assessment organisation.
