If the original employer does not want to move the stop date, the training provider will need to record the change of employer as a withdrawal from the date they left the original employer and then a restart with the new employer.

Break in Learning/Change of Employer ILR data mismatch

We've got an issue whereby a learner returned from their Break in Learning on 06/10/2021 so we added their return POT with the same TNP1 and TNP2 as they were on when they originally started.
However, they then changed employer a week later on 11/10/2021 so we added TNP3 and TNP4 with the appropriate residual price(s).
We processed the Change of Employer on DAS and added the new price, however this is now erroring, presumably because both the TNP1/TNP2 amounts and the TNP3/TNP4 amounts are both in the same calendar month because DAS doesn't differentiate between days of the monnth? How would we get around this?
