Hi Everyone,
If an apprentice has a gateway review at which it's decided they are not ready to sit end-point assessment, does the practical period continue until the gateway review where they are successful and entered for EPA? If the answer is yes, do we issue a new Commitment Statement with new OTJ hours to cover the extended period?

They remain in the practical period until they pass the gateway requirements, as the commitment statement (training plan) is a live document it should be updated where necessary, but the original ILR planned OTJ hours remain the same.
