Thank you Steve Hewitt. Back to the drawing board .......
Hi Steve Hewitt, No not that either? Just a POT1. Co-inv has been fully received and recorded, achievement date recorded (standard) date "applies to" on ACT recorded the same, not over funding band max......
ah, just a thought Steve Hewitt ? ! The employer incorrectly stopped them on the DAS rather than allowing them to naturally complete and therefore had to reopen a new cohort for them. The end date for the original cohort was incorrectly processed as Aug 21 and the start date for the new cohort is also Aug 21, so both in current funding year. Would I need to add a TNP4 with a date of 1/8/21 to capture the completion payment?
(and this is why ESFA should be paying their level 2 support advisors more than £30k a year, because this aint going to be easy to sort out...)
Back to the helpdesk I go...thank you though Steve Hewitt, always appreciate your help and guidance
Steve Hewitt Hi FYI, the TNP4 did clear it and we have now received the outstanding achievement payment :) Happy Monday!

Troubleshooting – Completion payment not received ILR
Created
Reviewing the following areas is extremely useful in the case of a completion element not being paid for a learner recorded in the ILR (in a current funding qualifying period).
· Check co-investment report, is co-investment outstanding? Collect and record in data as PMR 1
· Has the achievement date been recorded for standards?
· Has the ‘to’ date been recorded in funding and monitoring tab (FAM)?
· Is the learner above the funding band maximum?
