Thank you, it is for an apprenticeship Level 2. We have also been advised that we should be given a 'Share code' so we can view their right to work here? This learner has not applied for citizenship but does have a visa covering her time on her apprenticeship, is this ok?
It is all new to us so any advice is much appreciated!
Melissa Clark Whoever said you needed a share code has misunderstood the situation. They're just for EEA citizens who applied for settled status. I think your student falls under P394 of the apprenticeship provider rules.

Hi, we have a new learner from Thailand, she has lived in the UK for 4 years and has Indefinite Leave to Remain, Settlement status with the Permit card. Does this give her eligibility for funding? and what other evidence do we need?
