I can't seem to find any non-regulated aims for ESOL under AEB provision that allow for start after 31 July 2022 - am I missing them somehow?

I think they'll all be fine, they've just not been updated yet.
There's certainly been nothing to suggest that they (by which I mean *all* non-reg aims) won't be rolled over.
