Lingering DLOCK_12s

Edited

We've got some persistent DLOCK_12 errors. DAS isn't flagging an alert in the learner list view but we do see the dreaded ILR error warning when we click through into the individual learner records. The ILR withdrawal for BIL dates do match the DAS pause dates, however. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any advice on how to resolve these would be greatly appreciated!

Are you being appropriately paid? I *think* DLOCK12 is the equivalent of a Warning and I'm not sure it goes away (It is my opinion employers shouldn't be able to pause on DAS, it should all be controlled form the ILR, but I seem to have lost this one), but if the money is right I wouldn't worry?

Many thanks for this, Steve. Yes, we're being paid (or not paid) as we should be, so maybe this is operating more as a warning - bit of an alarming format for a warning though. I'm with you with the employers and pausing on DAS. I'd accept a happy medium where they could use DAS to request a pause for provider sign-off, though.

EDIT/UPDATE 30/5/22

Steve called it. The ESFA helpdesk response was:

Dlock 12 will show where a record has been paused by the employer. This will not affect payment due up to and including the PAUSE month end date. Please check that the PAUSE date is the same as in your ILR data if it is then no action is required.
