Provider Support Manual - How to record changes to the apprenticeship - Transfers to a different provider on the same or a different apprenticeship
Basically, treat them almost exactly like a new start, reducing price based on prior KSB, and Planned OTJ based on duration with you, but just make sure you record as a Restart in the ILR (no Original Start Date). Also, watch out you don't get capped if your price, plus the amount received by the first provider, exceeds band maximum. That's sometimes easier said than done.

Hi, we have an Apprenticeship who is still with their Employer but has been left without a Provider. The Apprentice is now starting with us as their New Provider, can anyone advise what information I need for them to start with us on the ILR and if anyone can point me to the correct section of any guidance please? Thanks.
