PDSAT: Transferring learners

Hi All,
We have a learner who has popped up on the PDSAT in relation to "learning aims that have been recorded as having been transferred off where there is no corresponding transferred on aim starting within a calendar month.".
They haven't appeared on the PDSAT before until we closed off the who program. I have noticed that their has been an admin error with the end dates, the learner did transfer within the calendar month but the end date of the first aim is a few months out.
I have not dealt with this before, so can we leave as it is but annotation the report to confirm an error? as the changed was done in a previous contract year or do we need to alter the withdrawal reason in this contract year from the transfer option (no' 40 withdrawal reason)

Yes, leave as is and annotate the PDSAT. Removing the withdrawal reason would fix the error but would not be reflective of the truth, so best to just note the error.
