An Apprentice is eligible for funding only while employed under an Apprenticeship Agreement and as the Apprentice left the employer on the 20th May then the last day in learning would be the last evidence day in learning prior to then.
The 30 days only relates to how this is recorded in the ILR when the Apprentice changes an employer within 30 days, it is not a period in which you can continue training when not covered by an Apprenticeship Agreement.

Could you please confirm, which actual end date we use in this scenario.
A learner left his employer on 20th May. We allowed 30 days for him to find a new employer. He continued attending college with an learning actual end date of 14th June and was unsuccessful in finding a new employer.
Which date do we record as his actual end date?
