As long as you've cleared them on the DLOCK report, and you're receiving money, you can ignore them. I raise this with the service desk last year as we were having similar issues and they suggested;
We are aware of an issue that is causing some provider to incorrectly receive ILR mismatch notifications for some learners. As you know these learners are not in Data Lock and have no Data mismatch errors
Therefore if you are being paid or have been paid for the learners the notifications can be ignored.
You will be able to check any missing payments by comparing your indicative earnings report against the Apps Monthly Payment report.
We will be fixing the notification issue, please accept our sincere apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

ILR data mismatch

Hi all,
We had an issue with Dlock errors on the ILR data mismatch report.
The errors have been resolved through changes on the ILR but on the DAS we still have ILR Data mismatch showing against the learners - latest report run shows the mismatch report as blank.
Any ideas why the error is still showing against learners on the DAS?
