New starts from 01/08/2022 unless otherwise specified e.g.,
P44 If planned off-the-job training hours have been submitted in the ILR for the apprentice, actual off-the-job training hours must also be documented in the ILR, at the end of the practical period or in the event of a change of circumstance; this
includes current learners on programme as of 1 August 2022.

When the new off the job rules come in on 1st August 2022, does this apply to new starts from 1/8/22 or do we apply it to all existing apprentices on the system on 1/8/22?
