- The price of the restart after a Break in Learning should be the same as the original price. If the DAS record was paused, it just needs unpausing. If it was a restart after a gap rather than a proper break, then you add a new price, but that would require a whole new DAS record.
- Yes, but the amount of funding you already drew down isn't directly relevant. You should do a skills scan as usual, and reduce price/duration based on KSB, not funding already had. There may have been content that doesn't overlap.

Apprenticeship service updates
Created
Hi everyone,
1. Can anyone enlighten me on the process for resuming an apprentice on ASA? We have restarted the apprentice on the ILR and entered a new price. The employer has resumed her record on ASA and this gives an ILR mismatch on ASA. I then request that the details are updated to match the ILR and the record is now Changes Pending. The problem is that when the employer logs in, there isn't any request for her to approve??
2. If an apprentice started on an L4 standard but realised that the job role would be better suited to the L3 equivalent, would we stop the current record and create a new cohort request considering the value of funding already drawn down?
Thanks all!
Matt
