The programme aim should be 1/8 if the learning has finished but the EPA has not. It should be updated to 2/1 if completed successfully, 2/3 if unsuccessfully, or 3/3 is not completed
In order to be recorded as ‘Completed’ (Completion status code 2), both the training and end point assessment activities for the programme must be completed. An end point assessment that has resulted in a failed outcome can be classed as complete as long as the learner reaches the end of the end point assessment period, rather than withdrawing. If either of these have not been completed, then the programme aim cannot be recorded with Completion status code 2.

Good afternoon,
Hope someone can help me. I have a few apprentices who have finished and awaiting EPA so I am trying to close their records as per rules 2 completion and 8 Learning activities are complete but the outcome is not yet known but is coming as an error. What am I doing wrong? and how I can clarify the error? Thank you in advance.
