I'd suggest adding all the wording found at the above link, just for absolute safety. That way you can feel assured that you've complied with

Regarding RUI and PMC, you are correct. PMC 4/5/6 will cease to be valid as of 31/07/2022 (1/2/3 were as of 25/05/2018) and only RUI 4/5 remain valid.

Can someone please confirm confirm do I need to add the whole of the privacy notice in our apprenticeship enrolment form or can I just add the hyperlink?

Also, do I no longer need to add the Restricted Use Indicator (unless code 4 or 5) and the Preferred Method of Contact field to the enrolment form as they are no longer collected?
