I would argue the date you claim the FS is not the date they sit the exam, but the date that they were last engaged in learning. If they therefore did not re-engage in new learning after failing their first attempt, your learning actual end date would still be in 21/22.
The learning actual end date is defined in the funding rules as;
When learning towards the apprenticeship is complete. This can include off-the-job training and English and maths. There must be evidence of learning on this day

Resit FS exam in new academic year (1st August)

Hi all
We have a learner who had to resit but could only do 1st August (today), if she passes because she had no further learning, can she be completed on 21/22 ILR. If she passes we wouldn't be able to claim anything for 22/23 because she's had no further learning
