Hoping someone can help.
We have a learner on a Level 2 apprenticeship, who scored above level 1 in their English & Maths IA and diagnostic. As a result they were enrolled onto Level 2 FS. However, we have subsequently found out through working with the learner that they are nowhere near a level 2 and that their IA results were inaccurate. A retake of the IA/diagnostics have found the learner is actually below L1.
In this case what should we do with the L2 aims, as obviously the learner will need to attempt them (in theory at least) meaning we are reluctant to withdraw it but need to do level 1 first.
