If the start date of the third aim was in either the 21/22 or 22/23 contract year, you can delete it on the basis that no learning took place and it should therefore not have been included in the ILR.
If the start date was prior to 21/22 or 22/23, you should leave it as withdrawn from the start date. Deleting it in this case would cause an FRM06 error, at the very least.

Deleting record from ILR?
Created
We have a learner for whom we initially registered 3 qualifications on the ILR. 2 of these qualifications proceeded and have been achieved. The third qualification was not run by the training provider, and we have recorded this as a withdrawal with a start and end date as the same. However, we wish to remove this third aim completely, as there was no activity at all. Can anyone advise how we can remove this without it being classified as a withdrawal.
