Recommendations for independent Contract template legal Advice

Hi, 

I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for firms you use to check the validity of your contract templates for things like subcontracting.  I have recently joined a new provider, and we need to sort it, but the firm i used in a previous role aren't responding!

We purchase a standard subcontract from Eversheds

I've had eversheds recommended to me previously but given AELP produce a template, and we are only subcontracting apprenticeships, i'm not sure if we could just take some legal advice on that to cover us?

An auditor would probably be the best person to sense check for you.

Presumably you have one because of the need for the annual audit, now being replaced by the subcontracting standard ?

Thanks, i have approached our audit firm for advice now, as eversheds want us to use their contracts ideally (understandable)
