Hi
If the learner has done an FE course then you need to submit a destination record within 2 months of the last aim. This could also be a FM10 Community Learning aim.
So even if you've submitted a destination record for an FE learner after they complete the FE course; you then need to submit another record if they complete another course.

I'm *guessing* they've done FM35 first then FM10 (or done them at the same time but FM10 finished last?)? So I *think* it's picking the FM10 record because it's the latest end date?
If they've not done FM35 then I'm a bit confused. You're right we don't need P&D records for purely FM10 learners.
(worst case scenario, "not known" is a valid P&D option...)

Hello Henry, I'm picking up this issue with the R108 rule as I'd like to know if the validation rule is a correct implementation of the funding rules.
When a learner only has aims funded by FM10, there is no need to return D&P data, and R108 does not trigger the error condition. But, if a learner has an FM35 aim, and has a valid D&P record, and then subsequently has an FM10 aim in the same academic year, then R108 does trigger the error condition unless a new D&P record is returned with an outcome start date after the FM10 aim has ended.
I have noticed that this rule still stands for 2023/24, but could you confirm if the rule is correctly implemented, please?

Hi All,
2021-22 - we're getting the R108 error for community learning courses - funding stream 10.
"Learner destination and progression' record is missing. As the funding learning aims are now complete, 'learner destination and progression' must be entered within 2 months of the actual end date of the last aim to be completed. Check 'learner destination and progression' is recorded."
I can't find anywhere in the documentation that says Destination is required for Funding Model 10?
The learners are also doing FE courses but that shouldn't be a problem should it?
Any help appreciated.
