Increased hours, can we reduce the duration on the ILR?
Created
None
We have a learner who's first day in learning was after 1st August 2022, they started on 24 hour contracted hours per week over 15 month duration (extended by 3 months from our usual 12 months for a 30/37.5 contracted hr learner)
I know I can't change the OTJ on the ILR but need to record on the commitment statement/training plan the difference of OTJ etc.. but can I reduce the planned end date on the ILR or not?
For some reason I'm thinking I can't and only document the change on the commitment statement/training plan to reflect that change.

You are correct, you cannot change the Planned end date on the ILR.
