Planned hours on the apprenticeship agreement

I've been speaking to another provider who has a difference of opinion on what goes in the "Planned amount of off-the-job training (hours)" field on the Apprenticeship Agreement.. so wanted to see what others were doing to make sure I've not gone mad.

Are people recording A or B on the Apprenticeship Agreement?

It the actual as agreed on the training plan and not the minimum.
