You really should be reporting them, to formally close off the enrolment that was open in 20/21. Various things happen automatically if you don't, so best to control it yourself and show that you understood what happened. We have these sometimes, and we just note what happened in the PDSATs.
Yes :) Get rid if they never started, and you didn't report in any year now closed.
One of my jobs at this time of year is getting the teams that deliver short, distance, roll on roll off type courses to make sure we have evidence of engagement on or after 1st August, for anyone who started in the previous academic year. If not, withdraw in last year before it closes!

Hi, We have learners appearing on PDSAT 'Learning aims with actual duration of one day' - some have a start date in 20/21, but have been withdrawn back to start as they now have exemptions for FS. Am I able to remove them from the ILR or will they need to remain as they are?
