PMR1 Cost Spread over Apprenticeship

Hi, we would like to offer the employer a opportunity to spread the 5% co-investment cost monthly across the apprenticeship (3 years). Does that mean an PMR1 record needs to be created for every installment that is paid (so 36 installments/PMR1 records?)

Most providers would use a direct debit arrangement for this and yes you will have to proportion the costs and record the TNP1/2 payments in the ILR.
