The Ach Date error is due to it being recorded in the wrong ILR year it should be entered in the 22/23 ILR not 21/22

The third one will never go away, it's not even a warning really, can be safely and entirely ignored.

Postcode seems to be dead: https://www.doogal.co.uk/ShowMap?postcode=TN23%201BS probably want to find out what their "real" one is, but if it's only for Apps it doesn't really matter as there's no area cost uplift available.

Agree with Martin on the first one, best to show them as continuing in R14

Hope you don't mind me jumping in on this one.

I also have the AchDate_02 warning, but our ILR system (Aptem) is recording the 2022/23 dates in our 2021/22 ILR. Do you think I need to do anything with them?  I thought not, as it is just a warning and it's not generating achievement payments in the wrong year, but do you have any advice?

Steve Hewitt

Of course not :)

The worry is that QAR was doing *weird* things with Prog Aims that are completed with an ActEndDate in one year but a AchDate in the next BUT I don't know if they've fixed it this year.

The way to definitely avoid any weirdness is show them as Continuing in R14, but, by the sound of things, this means you'll have to change Aptem now and then put it back to completed on Friday which is Not Ideal, obviously...

Joanne Sage

Ah right, yes that is one way of fixing it.  I think I'll sleep on that one as it's a cohort of 42 learners!
