We have a withdrawn apprentice in W13 that we have just closed out last week for year end hard close.

The W/D date is July 2022,however we have been paid for the first F/Skills Maths delivery in September that didn't happen.I removed the aim on ILR as we didn't deliver any Maths,however I now get an FRM06 error for continuance.

What do I need to do to clear this ?

What was the start date of the FS aim? If it was returned in your 20/21 R14 then you won't be able to simply delete it without it causing an FRM06 error, regardless of whether or not any training was delivered.

Hi Ben

F/S Maths was due to start 13/09/2022,however Apprentice withdrew 16/07/2021 but failed to rectify before the end of September submission,so we got paid for one months Maths

How do I rectify ILR to clear FRM 06 ?

Hmmm, if you've removed it from 21/22 ILR you will have "paid the money back" in the month you removed it (check the line on the monthly payment report and it should show £0 in the total column).

Nothing you can do about the FRM06, but don't worry about it, you know why you've done it and it's not like Apprenticeship Maths/English go into QAR calcs.
