The OTJ requirements of the year in which they started
P16 Any apprenticeship which started before 1 August 2022 will continue to follow the rules in force at that time. These can be accessed on GOV.UK.
It's worth noting though that the current 6-hour per week policy is based on a 30-hour working week... so it's still technically 20%, just a more standardised one

Off-the-job for restarts from withdrawal

If we take back onto programme a learner who has been withdrawn previously, would their Off Job hrs be at 20% as previous as they pick back up their learning, or would their entitlement now be based on the new 6 hrs per week ruling?
