One File - signatures ESFA P341.1

Created

None

Morning All,

For those that use one file could you perhaps answer a question for me, we are new to using the system and like the review system they have.  But how do you make sure you are compliant to P341.1 signed by all three parties?  At the moment the learner see's the review and there is a tick box to say they agree with the content etc is this classed as acceptable for our evidence pack or are you getting a digital signature some other way, and if so, how?

The same with the employer at the moment they have not been given access to one File (we only have a cohort of 10) but do your employers have logins and again is the tick box acceptable evidence or do you do something different?

Many thanks for your help

Christina

Yes, it's acceptable. We use OneFile and have had it confirmed. It would fall under the provisions of P358.

Yes, you'll need to set the employers up with accounts so that they can sign in, access the form, and digitally sign the reviews. There's a section at the bottom of the standard review called 'Declarations' where all parties can sign (as below). You can also have your own fields feature if you create a form yourself and publish it as an "Apprentice Review (Module Tutor)"
