Functional skills pass or not?

Created

Can anyone advise what this means regarding the numbers against the grade? Does this mean they have passed the qualification?

Thanks

As the PLR does not contain the award date or the level of the FS you cannot use this as evidence of achievement.

I don't know about evidence for an Apprenticeship Standard, but we'd definitely still accept that as a pass for any other purpose, and so would an auditor. There being no award date, just means the data came from an ILR, not an Awarding Organisation. You'd normally expect there to be a corresponding AO row in the PLR, but for reasons I don't understand, it's not always there.

That max character ILR length for the grade field is 6, so that long number can't be from the ILR data. I'd report that as an issue with the LRS.
