Where the funding but the 20% completion has all been received - setting up a new price with the new employer would only be funding for the end point assessment. So how is the TNP1 / TNP2 split for that new employer?
It would be a TNP3 and TNP4, split as follows:
- TNP4 - However much the EPA costs
- TNP3 - Whatever (if anything) remains after you subtract the EPA cost from the 20% completion payment
If there is nothing remaining after you subtract the assessment cost from the 20% completion payment, then the TNP3 would be 0

Apprentices transferring employers at gateway
Created
Hi everyone, we've seen a number of apprentices moving employers right at the end of their programme - probably a familiar story to many of you, post completion of their core component qualification and pre EPA.
Where learners have reached their planned end date and are progressing into gateway but then transfer to a new employer, how does this work for establishing a price with a new employer?

I'm fairly sure we've been doing it wrong, but cannot make head nor tail of the manual to build a process for this thats qualiative and we can manage employer and learner expectations, as well as compliance for funding.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
