The definition of workplace is in the AEB rules.
We will not fund any qualification or learning aim delivered at an employee’s workplace, and is either relevant to their job or their employer’s business
So no, we don't claim funding for any delivery to our own staff if it's delivered on site and relevant to our business, unless it comes under legal entitlements, FCFJ or English/maths.

AEB to own employees

Am I right in thinking that delivering AEB-funded quals to our own employees is not permitted (unless it is covered by one of the 4 legal entitlements)? I'm looking at the "Learning in the Workplace" section of the funding rules. And how is "workplace" defined? Would be interested in hearing what other people do.
