Withdrawal after entered gateway

Hi, we have a learner who has withdrawn from the apprenticeship after entering gateway, is it right that they would be a withdrawal? Rather than a completer who has not achieved, as they have not sat EPA?
Also, if i am withdrawing them, would the actual end date stay as their original actual end date prior to gateway?

Correct, they'd need to have at least attempted to EPA for it to be classed as complete. The withdrawal date would be the last date of evidenced learning.
