If you’ve downloaded/installed the MS SQL server that it suggests above, then try replacing what you’ve typed with (localdb)\MSSQLLocalDB

Is the 22/23 one out now? I've not seen a link or received any email notifications (I pre-registered for my company), last I saw it was expected to be released this week.
