You're right that there are no specific rules about Jury Service, but, even before this year, I'd consider this a "proper"/classic Break In Learning for a case longer than four weeks (my wife works in the courts system, so I'm quite surprised they got a complex case done in five weeks at the moment!!!).

Jury Service - no active learning in 4 weeks

Hi,
Does anyone know if there are any rules about about jury service, it's been brought to my attention that we have a learner who has had to complete 5 weeks of jury service due to a complex case which means she hasn't been able to complete active learning within the 4 week period in the rules and it looks like it actually was a 7 week gap between active learning.
Are there any specific rules about jury service? and if not, I'm assuming I will need to back date a break in learning?
