Correct. You still follow the ILR spec rules about what the end date represents, it's all about learning activity.
The date that the learner completed the learning activities necessary to achieve the learning aim or the date the learner withdrew from the learning activities, accurate to within a week.

Hi, can I just confirm that when an Apprentice Leaves their Programme the leave date is the last date in learning not the last date with their Employer? Thanks in Advance, kind regards Helen.
