Thank you for the reply. We do not have ProSolution. When my colleague asked Advanced, they just said "You get a download from the PLR". I just cannot work out how to get a download from the PLR. Once we have the data, I am sure we will be able to sort it and import it. I just cannot work out how to get data for more than one student at a time.

Well that's not very helpful from Advanced! I can't see any obvious function to download en masse from the website. ProSolution uses a direct link into the website and a certificate, so I've never looked at it, but I'm not sure you can. If Advanced already provide this service with the certificate in ProSolution, you'd think they could build the same into ProMonitor for customers who don't also have ProSolution. I'd suggest it. It might be worth getting hold of the ProMonitor product owner (not sure who that is) to have a chat with them rather than just going through the portal.

Hi,
I am told there is a way of exporting PLR reports for learners as a bulk for import into ProMonitor, but have been unable to locate any guidance on how it is done.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction please?
