We are aware of an issue which has resulted in January 2023 remittance advice not being available in payment history on MYESF. Your remittance has still been emailed to the nominated email contact as normal.

We are also aware of an issue which has resulted in some contract reference numbers not appearing on January 2023 remittance advice.

Both issues are under investigation.

Henry Wish, How can I find out who is the nominated contact who receives email notification of remittances? Is it linked to a permission in IDAMS?

Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) enquiry form - DFE Online Forms

It is tied to whomever completed the following form:

Provide information about your banking and payments to DfE - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
