PSM rules about correcting errors after a hard close;
I assume this works for Apprentices? Just roll the withdrawal into 22/23, switch it to a temp withdrawal, then carry on as usual with a restart in Aug 22. I don't know whether you should record the original start date or not though. With things like this, I give it a go, put it in an ILR, and see what appears in the next Apps Monthly Payment Report.

Withdrawn in Error after Practical Learning

Hi guidance needed on how to sort an admin error.
Learner completed practical learning in June 2021, she was withdrawn from the ILR. However, she was actually on maternity leave and should have been put on a BiL, she returned August 2022. This has only just come to light as she has just started EPA process.
I don't have her on the 22/23 ILR, but can add her (copying details from 21/22 ILR), but what information do I put in for a return to learning so we get the completion payment ? Is it a new start ? does she have to be on for 12 months ?
Grateful for any help received.
