Had this response from the helpdesk :) For Skills bootcamp Milestone 2 payments, you do not need to record the Actual end date for the programme (PROG) record - example below: Learner starts bootcamp on 1st August, interview offer after learning ends, end date of the aim is the same date as the offer. Start Date Actual End date Comp Status Outcome code Achievement date ZPROG001 01/08/2022 Not recorded Comp - 1 Outcome - 8 Not recorded Main aim 01/08/2022 30/11/2022 Comp - 2 Outcome - 1 Not recorded Offer/event 20/12/2022 20/12/2022 Comp – 2 Outcome - 1 Not recorded

Hey Lisa :) No, not yet. I've been in touch with the ESFA a number of times but no resolution as of yet with deadline looming! I'll keep you in the loop. Does anybody else know?

Thanks so much Martin! Can I check I've got this right? Scenario A: Learner gets a job 20th July, we get the evidence on 1st Sept -> update 22/23 LET for R13 and remove learner from 23/24 LET Scenario B: Learner gets a job on 10th August, we get the evidence on 31st August -> update 23/24 LET for R01, don't update 22/23 R13 Scenario C: Learner has an interview on 10th July, we get the evidence on 1st Oct -> update 22/23 LET for R14 AND update 23/23 for R02 (as they won't have completed)

Thanks for coming back to me Martin! Just to be super clear, I record all changes as normal in the ILR tool and submit the same return in both R13 and R1 / R14 and R2?

If I put the interview date in there it does it!!! Lisa - you are an angel!! I'm so cross about this - once I've changed all our learners (for the 4th time) I think I'll find the complaints box....

Yep - those are the exact same instructions! There must be so many other providers out there with the same issue - as a small business we can't afford for this not to get resolved for this return.

No. I've updated all our learners exactly as it says above, submitted the ILR but the occupancy report doesn't show it triggering ANY milestone 2 payments. This is impossible without being able to speak to somebody.

ZPROG001 (programme aim), Completion status 1, Outcome status 8, no actual end/achievement date (as they don't have a job yet) Z0059758 (learning aim), Completion status 2, Outcome status 1, end date = end of course Z0059747 (interview offer), Completion status 2, Outcome status 1, start date, planned end date, actual end date = date of interview. Is that right?
