Hi Helen Howitt The issue is now resolved. If I remember correct;ly, it was due to my learning aim code being incorrect. Please see my latest response from the ESFA on the matter: It is the learning aim code that is triggering the error. All learning aims must be category code 62 as per the guidance. The aim currently used in your data is Z0009732, category code 60. Hi all, Update on this one. I found out that I had all the learners in my ILR submission tool (for both courses) and needed to exclude the apprenticeship learners before exporting to stop the aims being duplicated when I merged the two files (I know you said something like this Steveh). So should be fine going forwards. Thanks James

Hi Steveh, Thanks for the response. The errors all relate to the file for 74 apprenticeship learners and the error codes are a combination of R68 and R124. For some learners there are more R68 errors than others. R124 = The learner must not have overlapping programme aims R68= The learner must not have more than one Apprenticeship Financial Record with the same Apprenticeship financial type, code and date These errors do not come up when the file is uploaded individually and they have different learners on that course. They also have unique learner reference numbers that are different to the ones we use on our Skills Bootcamp courses.

Yes we have that programme aim reference. We had learners with the same information inputted that didn't pull this error - which is causing confusion

We have component level and a learning aim and the contract reference number is the same on both. Just to confirm as well - the learners have not completed yet. Could it relate to anything else?
