We have just had an EPAO increase their price substantially. If we were claiming the maximum funding band we usually take the hit on TNP1 when changing TNP2 price, however a lot of this cohort have RPL. Can we increase the TNP2 and keep the TNP1 the same without any audit ramifications? The RPL calculation would have been used to determine the price so I am guessing we can't go over this originally agreed price without charging the employer the difference? Or can we justify it because the delivery price hasn't changed, only the TNP2 price? Thanks.
