Hi Ruth. Yes, that is correct, Z00 aim component. I have also coded that as 2/8 with the actual end date. It was just odd that it was not taking the info the same across bot aims. I also read to not use a code 2 and 8 in the ZPROG but to wait for the results and then code 2 and 1 for achieved and 2 and 3 for fail once we have the results in September 2025 and then update the component aim the same.

If you record a completion status 1 and outcome 8 with the actual end date in the ZPROG- programme aim, what do you record in the component learning aim, I seem to get rule violation errors processing the ZPROG and learning aim the same?

Hi Ruth thank you for responding. After being withdrawn we did a restart with residual costs £13 346 and TNP3 and TNP4 recorded in the ILR, not the original pricing, 5% Co Investment on that £667.3 was invoiced to the employer and recorded in the ILR, which I thought would be correct, but something is withholding the completion payment. I have raised a ticket but has been waiting over two months now for tech support, so I'm exploring suggestions. Thank you.
