Hi Michelle, this is their standard answer to everything! However, two members of staff on two diefferant computers have the same problem at the same time, no way is this a cookies or cache problem.

Hi both, it could be linked to the updated FIS, I have downloaded it and run a file and ended up with 6 erriors on Learner who left in 2019, say that :- The Learning aim reference is not valid in the LARS database for this Funding model for this teaching year However, of course THEY ARE! I also now have 30 learners who are coming up as Warning saying that I must enter their OTJ hours, again however, these Learners started before the Rule came in about recording OTJ hours on the ILR!

Many thanks, I have had a look at the funding rules and they all state 12 months, I know I have read 372 days somewhere!!!

Hi Steveh, I have just checked my DLOCK 7's like you I had a bit of a clear up, they are appearing on the Funding report which shows that the Funding stopped when the DLOCK appeared but they have not "clawed back" any funds. Hope this helps. Kevin

Hi Steveh, still trying to get someone within the Apprentice Service to actually take ownership of the problem, I keep being passed from team to team, it seems that everyone says its the other teams that should be sorting it out! My last reply from them said:- "Would you be able to get the employer change the permissions and then change them back? If it is a website fault, reperforming the action could remove any error which was placed when it was created. Can you get them to try this? If the issue still persists please let us know and we will escalate this situation for you" Still waiting for one of my employers to do this, so cannot say if it will work!
