Hi Ben, We've checked all the details, including whether there was a need for a middle name to be added etc. Everything matches and is correct. The issue is, you don't get any information, apprentice just get's a message saying 'if your details are correct, contact your provider' . . . but it's unclear what we can do when they contact us!

I'm insulted, Steve! Haha. ;-)  Thanks for your responses, Gents. No price changes or anything of that type. We do have PMR records against the learners which weirdly is the date the App Service is showing has the ILR submission date price period start to add to the mystery . . .
