Sorry Steve should've been more explicit here They sat the November exam > they withdrew for external reasons > they got the results So they were intially withdrawn on the ILR. Ofc those who got 4+ I would put in and mark as completed and acheived, but its those who got 3 or below, that I'm unsure how to process As always, appreciate your input!

Ruth Canham-James - Much appreciated Ruth. Thats really helpful, and its a shame that there isnt a more updated guidance to state the above. In regards to OFS, can I ask if you could share a guidance link which talks a bit more about what the OFS will need to see from us as a FE College. I personally havent had the chance to review the guidlines for OFS, but I am aware that we are registered with them. Thank you

Steve Hewitt - Right, but the ARC is an application registeration card, to show that they are an asylum claiment while their claim is pending, so they aren't officially an asylum seeker yet. It does have an expiry date, and they are required to complete a new form if this expires. Therefore, my concern is that we can't confirm the validity of their claim with an expired ARC

They hold an expired ARC as an asylum seeker. My understanding would be that because of this, we cant determine the validity of their status to remain in the UK, nor can we as the provider confirm that the "...may be unable to complete their programme if they are likely to leave the country permanently during their study programme or T Level.”
