In the end, we agreed to hold off in case the workaround caused any issues with our R02 submission. Unfortunately, we were then met with the upload issues on Tuesday anyway, which were completely outside of our control.

In the meantime, I have colleagues waiting for this step to be completed so that they can move on to the next stage of the process in DAS. I fully understand that we can manually upload the learners; however, as each month passes, we do not seem to be getting any closer to achieving the goal that you are setting for us. We are also holding off on manually submitting the learners in the hope that fixes have been made that will allow us to use the process correctly as intended. I am, of course, happy for you to correct my understanding if I have misunderstood anything.

We have made a start at looking at a process. I would like to know how the learners are submitted to AS for them to then be retrieved from the ILR? We thought this was via upload from csv but I have read a number of comments that suggest that this is an old service that will soon dissapear as this ILR_DAS intergration becomes the norm. Can somebody help as all the help videos I have found only start at the add a learner and this process of getting the data in to DAS is not clear.

Hi Neil, and thank you — that worked! I swear I tried that at some point while trying to resolve it, but clearly I must not have. The ILR mismatch has cleared, so hopefully the funding will now be released! Thank you once again! 😊
